Senior Research Scientist (Electronics) – SRS-EL (A):
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Bachelor Degree in Technology (or) Master’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in the field of Electronics & Telecommunications, Electronics, Instrumentation & Controls, Microwaves or Masters in Electronics (M.Sc. Electronics) from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks.
Senior Research Scientist (Electronics) – SRS-EL (B):
- B.E. or B.Tech (or) M.E. or M.Tech in the field of Electronics & Telecommunications, Electronics, Instrumentation & Controls, Microwaves or Masters in Electronics (M.Sc. Electronics) from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks. Additionally it is desirable that the candidate is having Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree OR first hand skills in Project Management and HRM related activities.
Research Scientist (Electronics)- RS-EL:
- B.E. or B.Tech) or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in the field in Electronics & Telecommunications, Electronics, Instrumentation & Controls, Microwave or Masters in Electronics (M.Sc Electronics) from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks.
Research Scientist (Computer/IT) – RS-IT:
- B.E. or B.Tech (or) M.E. or M.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology with minimum 55% marks.
Project Assistant (Electronics) – A – PA-EL:
- Diploma in Electronics/Medical Electronics from a recognized Technical Board with minimum of 55% marks.
Project Assistant (Physics) – A – PA-PH:
- B.Sc. (Physics) from a recognized university with minimum of 55% marks.
Project Technician (Electronics) – A – PT-EL:
- Candidates should have passed ITI (Electronics) from Govt. affiliated board of technical/vocational education and completed NCTVT with minimum of 55% marks.
